5 Movie Reviews: Starting off with, Hell or High Water opens today, a fabulous movie about Brotherly Love, Justice and revenge. Chris Pine and Ben Foster are brothers who have had enough when their family ranch is foreclosed on and they go after the banks with vengeance. But hold on the Texas Rangers led by Jeff Bridges has other ideas and it’s on (Rated R) – (100 Minutes) – (3 ½ Stars). Next is Kubo and the 2 Strings, a sensational animated film with a Japanese setting. Kubo is a poor young boy who lives in a seaside village who collects pennies by telling fabulous stories about the village’s history, However, when an old spirit returns from the dead and tracks down Kubo, it’s a battle of wit and magic! Monkey, voiced by Charlize Theron becomes Kubo’s #1 ally. Great family film(Rated PG) – (101 Minutes) – (3/12 Stars). Next, Imperium is based on real events and matches the USA and FBI against ISIS and Right Wing Terrorist supremacy gangs. Great writing, fabulous story, better than average acting and edge of your seat stuff. Daniel Radcliffe could get an Oscar (Rated R) – (108 Minutes) – (3 ½ Stars). Number 4 – Lo and Behold, A documentary that looks back at the birth of the internet, it’s future and is scary as hell. Will you be able to tweet your thoughts? Will the internet surpass human feelings? (98 Minutes) – (3 ½ Stars). And finally, Ben Hur, to quote Nancy Kerrigan, “Why, Why, Why” (1 Star).
